Description

Kakslauttanen is home to the world’s famous resort of glass igloos where you can watch the beauty of the Northern Lights whilst in the comfort of your very own hideaway.

With the season being from late August to late April, Kakslauttanen, although never guaranteed, is known for being one of the world’s best places to watch this natural phenomenon.

Surrounded by nature, the glass igloos are unique and an amazing way to watch the stars and night sky whilst snuggled up cosy and warm in your luxury bed. With virtually no light pollution in the resort, you are sure of stunning views.

You can choose from two or four-person igloos with WC, or if you have a larger family of up to six then you may prefer the Kelo-glass igloo which, as well as the famous glass igloo, it connects with an amazing pinewood log chalet giving you the extra space and comfort you need as well as a sauna, kitchenette and fireplace. Why not make use of the free wifi too and upload your photos to make your family and friends jealous?
